Anthem blue cross of California has negotiated special member
discounts averaging 10–25% with selected practitioners of hypnotherapy,
massage therapy and yoga. Practitioners that are selected for the Healthy
Extensions networks are screened for certification, training and educational
requirements established by professional organizations in these disciplines.
Members who wish to use these practitioners’ services are urged
to first discuss any proposed treatments with their doctors.

alternative or complementary treatment may wish to request information
