called My Health. My Health contains information on mind body
therapies including, guided imagery, hypnosis, meditation and relaxation,
biofeedback and qigong and tai' chi.
Healthy
roads has also introduced a line of guided imagery programs.
Each program contains a guided imagery lesson on tape or CD along with
