PPO Share plans
PPO is a preferred provider organization. PPO plans have many benefits because health insurance companies have contract with doctors, hospitals and others due to which they can form a network. Based on the plan, you can get health care benefits outside the network also. Members generally pay yearly deductible before PPO pays some or all of your bills.

RIGHT PLAN PPO 40
Right Plan PPO 40 is suitable only for single adults. This plan is suitable for individuals who are looking for lower cost plan with no deductible and choose from prescription options. If you fall under any of these categories you are eligible for this plan; young, healthy adult, self employed single, early retiree.

Tonik Health plans
This plan includes immediate coverage for doctor visits, generic prescription drugs, emergency room care, dentist appointments, eye exam, glasses or contacts.

Right Plan PPO 40
. Three different Right plan options: no prescription drug option, generic prescription only drug option and full prescription drug option
. Maternity benefits not covered
. Pay $40 co pay for in-network doctor visits
. No annual deductibles
. Negotiated fee on professional services, preventive car, ambulance, acupuncture or acupressure.
. Each person has to get his/ her own policy
. You can take treatment from any of the 50,000 doctors and 400 hospitals in California
. Provides both in-network and out-of-network services

Lumenos health plans
Lumenos is a consumer-directed health plan.  Lumenos plans include 100% coverage for any healthcare needs.
. Lumenos plans are consumer driven health plans for individual and families.
. This plan can lower your out-of-pocket health expenses.
. Lower premiums because maternity is not covered.
. 100% coverage for preventive care coverage (deductible waived)

Lumenos Health savings account (HSA) plan
HSA plan helps you to save tax-free money to pay off your healthcare. As you keep spending your HSA funds on medical expenses, you don't have to pay taxes on withdrawals. Unused funds can be carried over next year.

Lumenos Health Incentive Account (HIA) plan
Lumenos HIA Plan is designed in such a way that you can take control of your health as well as dollars you spend on your health care. In HIA you can earn funds for an account through healthy rewards. Money in this plan is used to help you part of your annual deductible. Unused amount can be passed on to next year.

Lumenos Health Incentive Account Plus (HIA Plus) plan
Unused HIA Plus plan can be rolled over to next year if you stay with the plan. If you visit any doctor in the network, you can pay less for your care.

Basic PPO 1000/2500 Plan
This plan is suitable for individuals and families. It offers basic benefits like hospitalization, emergency room services, and professional services.

. Basic (catastrophic) coverage for hospitalization and emergency services.
