Free for Service Plans in this policy insure r pay only part of the premium amount. The insurance company pays fees for the services offered to the insured people. Before the premium a payment starts the deductible amount should be paid, you can be able to share the bill with the insurance company and then your part is known as coinsurance.
Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) is a prepaid health plans. In this policy, members pay the premium in return of which the HMOs provide complete care to you and your family.
Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) is a combination of Fee for service and an HMO plan. It is covered all the medical expenses and it is mainly confined to a set of doctors and hospitals.
Pos plan offer the medical assistance payment outside the plan. If a doctor makes a referral out of the network, the plan pays all or most of the bill. Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) will offer the medical expenditure only if the physicians are within the EPO network, however emergency situations can be considered as exceptions.
