Home insurance is divided into different types of plans. The basic insurance plans covers different types of disasters are aircraft, wind/hail, explosion, riots/civil unrest, fire/lightning, vehicles, volcano eruptions, vandalism, theft, smoke, and self damaging instances (part of building falls on itself, etc.).
Homeowners insurance that covers the home and property against losses due to the disasters. The plan includes more specific circumstances like falling tree, dishwasher breaks and electrical damages. Flood, earthquake, war and the nuclear blast are also included in this plan.
Renters insurance coverage is used to protect the personal property. Complete risk coverage for the building and property. Condominium coverage is for all the disasters.
